Email: We do not “harvest” email addresses from our website visitors or anyone else, nor do we send unsolicited commercial bulk email (spam) to our customers or website visitors.
Your Information: Personal information provided to us by our website visitors and customers is treated confidentially and is not sold to anyone for any reason. A condition of our on-farm processing license requires us to ensure that our poultry is only sold within the Peace River Regional District and that our red meat stays in BC; this is why we require some specifics about you and is only used to authenticate your location for legitimate sales.
If you provide any information to us by email, telephone, letter, a form on our website or other means, we use it only to respond to your requests, to improve our website (in the case of customer feedback), to email our opt-in newsletter, to notify customers about updates and for special notices to customers who purchase product(s) or, lastly, for purchases through our website.

“Cookies”: are small pieces of information stored by your browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) on your computer’s hard drive. Without accepting cookies, you can still use most of the features of our website or in our store, but you will not be able to place an order.
Credit Cards: No customer credit card information is stored on our website.
Personally-identifying information provided to us by our customers is strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of completing a transaction (purchase) as initiated by the customer.
Web hosting: As with most website servers, our records and stores the following information about our website visitors: the numerical IP address or domain name from which they access the Internet; the date and time our website is accessed; the pages visited and whether they successfully downloaded to the visitor’s browser; and sometimes the Internet address of the website from which you may have accessed our website (such as Google.com). In general, we do not link the IP address to any website visitor information with the following exception: when you place an order using our online checkout process, our software correlates your IP address with your order, to be used only in cases of fraudulent credit card use. In the case of a suspected fraudulent order, we may share this with the financial institution that issued the credit card with which an order was placed or, if we determine the use of the credit card was fraudulent, with law enforcement authorities.
